Welcome to Carbon Studio. By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Carbon Studio provides digital 3D models and assets intended for use in platforms such as FiveM and other game/modding environments.

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Digital Products

All products sold are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.

Once purchased, you will receive access to download the files associated with your order.

3. Usage License

When purchasing a model from Carbon Studio, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.

You ARE allowed to:

  • Use the models on personal or commercial FiveM servers
  • Modify/edit the models for your own use
  • Use the models within your server content

You are NOT allowed to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the models in any form
  • Leak or upload files to any third-party websites
  • Claim the models as your own work
  • Include the models in any “asset packs” or resell bundles

4. Ownership

All models, designs, and assets remain the intellectual property of Carbon Studio.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership — only the right to use it under this license.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been delivered.

Exceptions may be made only if:

  • The file is completely broken or unusable.

6. Support

Support is provided for:

  • Installation help
  • Basic troubleshooting

Support does not include:

  • Custom edits
  • Advanced modifications
  • Server setup

Support is typically handled via Discord or official contact channels.

7. Updates

Carbon Studio may update products at any time.

  • Updates may be free or paid depending on the scope of changes
  • We are not obligated to provide lifetime updates for all products

8. Account & Access

We reserve the right to:

  • Revoke access to products if these terms are violated
  • Ban users who leak, resell, or misuse assets

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Liability

Carbon Studio is not responsible for:

  • Server issues caused by misuse of our products
  • Conflicts with other mods/resources
  • Any damages resulting from use of our assets

All products are provided “as-is”.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.

It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
